Los Ganaderos S.A. is an enterprise of gastronomical services that was created in 1997 when it awarded the concession of the Gastronomical Center belonging to the Asociación de Ganaderos de Magallanes. Nowadays, it has four products (facilities) in the city of Punta Arenas: Los Ganaderos Grill Restaurant, Restaurant Puerto Viejo, Los Ganaderos Center for special events and an Integral Catering Service.
The Los Ganaderos Grill Restaurant was also created that year, in order to rescue and keep the gastronomical and traditional culture of the Patagonia. From then on, we have become known because of our corderos al ruedo (lamb meat), homemade pastas and the excellence of our service.
